Senior Management
Aditya S Ghorpade joined the Company in the year 1992. He pursued his PUC and B.Com from Vijayanagara College, Hosapet. He also attended a Management Programme conducted by I.I.M. Bangalore from August 24 to November 13, 1992. Aditya is also a passionate wildlife photographer. After working in different capacities inside the organisation, he is now working as President Plant operations from the year 2019.

Uttam Kumar Bhageria joined the Company on 15 September 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He holds around 20 years of experience in managing Finance & accounts of Manufacturing, Engineering and Consulting. Prior to joining us, he worked with prestigious organizations viz Steer Group of Companies and Deloitte.

Manoj Kumar Jha was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of the Company designated as Senior Vice President - Business Governance with effect from 14 January 2026. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Finance professional with more than 3 decades of experience in Audit, Fund Raising, Restructuring and Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Cost Management, Risk Management, Taxation, Budgeting & MIS and Insurance. Prior to joining the Company, he worked with Tata Africa Holdings SA and Tata International Limited.
Manoj Kumar Jha
Senior Vice President - Business Governance
Neha Thomas was appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on 4 November 2024. She is a qualified Company Secretary with six years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory compliances. She is also a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Policy and Corporate Governance (M.Com) from IGNOU and a graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Christ University, Bengaluru.
