Pankajam Sridevi

Pankajam Sridevi is a transformational leader with over 35 years of experience across the manufacturing, technology, and banking sectors. She served as the Managing Director of Commonwealth Bank of Australia (India) from November 2019 to June 2024, after holding several global leadership roles at ANZ Banking Services. With extensive experience across the USA, Asia, Europe, and Australia, she has chaired Audit and Risk Committees, led banking operations and technology functions, and represented organizations before regulators including APRA, AUSTRAC, HKMA, and MAS.

A strong advocate of digital transformation, Sridevi has led large-scale automation and digitization initiatives while building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She has managed a workforce of over 16,000 employees across India, Australia, the Philippines, and China, and actively contributes to industry forums such as CII, NASSCOM, BCIC, the Anita Borg Institute, and the India Inclusion Forum. Her leadership has been recognized with several honours, including the Top 30 Tech Emerging Leaders in India, Women Super Achiever Award, Woman CEO of the Year, NCPEDP Helen Keller Award, and the DEI Catalyst Award.
